The guy you like/love is an asshole now & that hurts. Why? ‘Cause you remember when ya’ll first met, he was the sweetest guy who knew how to make you laugh, had a lot to say & seemed interested. You remember the first couple weeks & that’s when it was fun, new & exciting & somewhere in between, he made you fall for him.

Probably the worst single piece of advice I have ever received. Last time I “followed” my heart, I was crying like a lil bitch for weeks. LOL. Now I never really jump into anything wholeheartedly. I don’t know if its because of fear or because I’ve gotten smarter since then. And technically, your brain is placed above your heart. Use it.
